We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers for a six-month contractual assignment at our office location. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls using the company-provided database and engaging with potential or existing customers to communicate relevant information about services, offers, or follow-ups. This role requires individuals who are confident communicators, disciplined with daily targets, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to complete approximately 200 calls per day and maintain accurate records of conversations, responses, and outcomes. Candidates must be able to speak clearly in Hindi and Marathi, build rapport with customers, and handle basic objections or queries in a professional manner. Training and calling scripts will be provided to ensure consistent communication standards.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from the office between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM and must be committed to achieving productivity and quality benchmarks. Prior telecalling or customer service experience of six months to one year will be preferred; however, enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
