Floor Manager Responsibilities:
Supervise team /staff.
Train staff on the floor to perform allocated roles.
Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Upsell and cross-sell products through team guidance.
Candidate must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Ensure proper stock handling, billing accuracy, and loss prevention.
Conduct regular stock audits.
Actively contribute to brand building initiatives at store level.
Ensure consistent brand image, grooming standards, and communication.
Coordinate with marketing team for in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
Assist customers with any queries or requests.
Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment with flexibility.
Take ownership of responsibilities beyond defined roles when required
