Job Description

Job Summary: The Yacht Sales Consultant is responsible for driving yacht sales by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The role requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle luxury clients professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for yacht sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable yacht options
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and yacht tours
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, delivery, and after-sales support
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Attend boat shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
  • Provide excellent customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in luxury sales (preferred: yacht, automobile, real estate, aviation, or luxury products)
  • Freshers with strong luxury sales interest and communication skills may also be considered
  • Required Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Experience dealing with high-profile or premium clients
  • Customer-focused and relationship-driven approach
  • Professional personality and grooming
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
  • Preferred Experience:Experience in luxury automobile sales, yacht sales, or premium product sales
  • Experience handling HNI / UHNI clients
  • Knowledge of marine industry is an added advantage
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of leads generated
  • Sales conversion ratio
  • Monthly / yearly sales revenue
  • Customer satisfaction level
  • Client retention and repeat business
  • Compensation:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
