Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

 

  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
  • Conduct objective and subjective refraction.
  • Diagnose refractive errors such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
  • Screen patients for eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
  • Prescribe spectacles, contact lenses, and low-vision aids.
  • Assist ophthalmologists with pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile


  • B-Optometry/D-Optometry with 1-2 years of experience in working as optometrist
