Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and implementation of frontend systems for a climate-tech startup’s dMRV platform.
- Develop scalable, responsive, and modular user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Translate complex datasets and carbon methodologies into intuitive visual dashboards and workflows.
- Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend APIs (FastAPI/Django) to ensure a smooth data experience.
- Implement best practices in code structure, testing, state management, and UI performance.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to iterate quickly and deliver impactful features.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of frontend development experience in a fast-paced product environment.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern UI architectures.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries like Recharts or D3.js, and component design systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ownership mindset and effective communication abilities.
- Bonus: Experience with geospatial data or mapping libraries such as Mapbox or Leaflet, and understanding of climate tech or sustainability-focused products.
