Job Description

vivo is hiring for Inbound Process


Role & responsibilities

  1. Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on product orders
  2. Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio
  3. Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
  4. Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
  5. Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
  6. Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe
  7. Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Strong communication skills (Written/Verbal)
  2. Active listening and clear articulation
  3. Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  5. Good attitude and self-regulation ability, patience, and team spirit, and seriousness and responsible for the work.
