Job Summary

Overall job purpose: Business Analysis and requirement documentation.

Responsibilities

Discussion with customer/project team to understand requirements/gap
Requirement documentation (BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis Document Preparation)
Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off from customer
Reviewing test cases
Functional testing
KT/Clarifications to Development & Testing Teams
Status Reporting
Client Super User Training
Coordination during client UAT
Mentoring Juniors
Leading team
Good hands-on experience in Motor Insurance and auto claim process. (Mandatory)

Note: Motor claim insurance hands on manadatory

Location: Mumbai
