Assistant General Manager – Operations | ELIVAAS
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (Operations) to lead day-to-day villa operations,
enhance guest experiences, and drive financial performance across our luxury villa portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence while maintaining brand standards.
• Analyse financials, drive revenue, and support annual budgets and business plans.
• Lead and develop teams through coaching, staffing, and performance management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality service, maintenance, and prompt issue resolution.
• Manage compliance, safety, asset upkeep, and community relations.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and a positive work culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 10–12 years of experience in hotel or villa operations (Housekeeping Operations background preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
