Key Responsibilities:*
- Own sales targets for assigned territory; drive diesel volume growth via B2B & B2C accounts.
- Map & acquire new retail/service station partners; negotiate win-win rates & tie-ups.
- Manage key accounts (fleet owners, logistics firms, construction cos.) – ensure repeat orders & upsell ancillary services.
- Oversee field sales team (SRs/delivery boys); coach, monitor performance & ensure service SLA.
- Track market dynamics, competitor pricing & fuel trends; feed insights to HQ for strategy tweaks.
- Ensure on-time delivery, proper invoicing & collections; minimize leakage & bad debts.
- Build brand visibility via local marketing, hoardings, dealer meets & loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety & compliance standards for doorstep dispensing in your zone.
*Desired Profile:*
- 3-7 yrs oil & gas/sales experience; proven B2B/B2C track record.
- Strong network of petrol pump owners, transporters & corporate clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented with good negotiation & people skills.
- Willing to travel & work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
