I handle my work with 1 sales manager work both, all work load on me Target increase but salary not increased Fake commitment by sales manager for on roll , from last 1.5 year manager telling me for promotion but still not promoted me, I have done my target bank give me cut off incentive, bank upper management got promotion time to time but in affluent card team there is no any promotion. No any achievable target, in pan india affluent team, total 40 people working, only 3 person is qualified for incentive and bank also cut 40% of incentive of this 3 people, Boss want all things urgent, but promotion is not urgent, Thanks please indusind Bank give promotion to old employee, because you hire other company employees in high package but old employee salary you give only 24k extra in package per year, it's to low
